CANCELLATION AND RETURNS 


Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking with us any time before your scheduled date and time of pickup. This may be done using the Lemocar Mobile App / Website by logging with your registered credentials or by calling us anytime on the 24x7 Customer Care Helpline +91-9082080577 however you may be responsible to pay cancellation charges under the succeeding circumstances:
  • If your booking is cancelled 2 (two) hours before the scheduled pickup date and time, it shall be treated as a No-Show by the Customer. No refund shall be applicable in such cases and the entire Booking Amount/Advance shall be treated as Cancellation Charges.
  • if your booking is cancelled prior to between 2 & 24 hours of the scheduled pickup date and time a Cancellation Charge equivalent to 25% of the Booking Amount or the actual Advance amount received from the Customer, whichever is less, shall be applicable. The balance, if any, shall be returned to the Customer within 21 working days.
  • Rest of other terms and condition will be available at the time booking and after booking email confirmation for booking itinerary.
However, Lemocar cabs maintains a Zero Cancellation Policy and this Cancellation Amount shall be credited to Customer’s Lemocar account as Lemocar Lemopoints (Credits), which may be redeemed in part/full with any other Lemocar Booking(s) in future. Usage of Lemocar Coins shall be subject to terms and conditions as laid down on our website www.Lemocar.in. A Customer may login to www.Lemocar.in, using his login credentials to check his Lemocar Coins Balance.If for any reason your driver takes too long to get to you then the cancellation charge will be waived in the event of a cancellation request made at your end.If You do not wanted to get ride from your end, i.e. you are not at the pickup location and/or your assigned Driver is unable to get in touch with you on your registered phone number on the scheduled pickup date and time, the Driver shall wait for a reasonable period of half an hour from the scheduled Booking time and thereafter may treat the Booking as cancelled with no refund.

REFUNDS

If you are eligible for refunds based on the “Cancellation and Returns” policy above, then the refund will be remitted back to you in 5-7 working days. In case of any issues, write to us at info@lemocar.co.in

EMERGENCY SERVICES TO CUSTOMER

 By accepting these User Terms of Lemocar website/App, You consent to Lemocar using its best endeavours to provide you with assistance during a safety incident, emergencies or distress, as per Lemocar’s internal policies on emergency response. Lemocar may undertake remedial action(s).Lemocar may get involve in third party security providers to assist you and Lemocar in addressing the incident. For this purpose, Lemocar may share your personal information, including but not limited to, your exact GPS location, your registered email ID and mobile number with third parties such as a security services provider, to enable them to take appropriate steps to assist you and solely to resolve the incident. 

 Force Majeure

Lemocar shall not be liable or responsible for its failure to perform or delay in performance of the service obligations if such failure or delay is attributable to or arises out of any Force Majeure Event."Force Majeure Event" means an event that is not within the reasonable control of the Party whose performance is affected thereby and shall include any of the following events:o   acts of God or elements (such as, but not limited to, fire, explosions, drought, tidal waves, flood, frost, earthquake, storm, lightning, hurricane, tornado, epidemic),o   war, hostilities (whether war be declared or not), invasion, act of foreign enemies, mobilisation, requisition, or embargo;o   rebellion, revolution, insurrection, violent demonstrations, sabotage, or military or usurped power, or civil war;o   riot, commotion, strikes, go slows, lock outs or disorder, breach of peace, civil unrest, labour unrest,o   Acts or threats of terrorism.o   action of statutory authorities, unions, local or central governments, civil or military authorities,o   Telecommunication failure, quarantine or due to any other unforeseeable circumstances beyond the control of Lemocar.For the duration of a Force Majeure event, the service obligations of Lemocar will be put on hold. Once the event has ended, the service may recommence. Lemocar shall not be responsible for disruption or cancellation of customer plans due to cancellation or delay in services by Lemocar due to reasons attributable to Force Majeure Events.  

USER TERMS AND CONDITION

You shall not smoke and drink (alcoholic beverages) in the Vehicles or misbehave with the Driver or distract the Driver or act in of Applicable Law. In the event you are found to be involved in the activities set out above, you shall be liable to pay a fine to us and we shall also have the right to terminate the Ride. In the event you fail to pay fine after the completion of the Ride, we may at our discretion, take such steps as may be available to us under Applicable Law. You shall also be blacklisted as a result of non-payment of the fine or misbehaving as the case may be, and in such event, Your Account may be terminated by Lemocar. 

Modifying and Terminating our Services

We are constantly changing and improving our Services. We may add or remove functionalities or features and we may suspend or stop some part of or an entire service altogether.At most times, we include specific rules, terms, conditions and requirements that apply to the product or service that you use on our platform. You are expected to read, understand and meet the terms. By using our services, you accept those terms and agree to comply with them.You can stop using our Services at any time, although we would be apologetic to let you go. Lemocar may also stop providing Services to you or add or create new limits to our Services at any time.We believe that you own your data, and preserving your access to such data is important. If we discontinue a Service, where reasonably possible, we will give you reasonable advance notice and a chance to remove information from that Service.
